Rogue Judge Orders Trump to Do This - Will He Comply

A communist federal judge has ordered the Trump administration to take in 12,000 unwanted foreigners who are claiming to be “refugees.” President Trump suspended all refugee admissions into the United States on his first day in office through an executive order.

Our nation has been completely swamped with undocumented foreigners and we need a pause so we process the millions let in over the last four years. Many of the refugees that came in under Joe Biden don’t have court dates for another 5 years, that’s how behind we are at processing illegal immigrants. But now another rogue federal judge has ruled that our laws don’t apply when President Trump tries to enforce them as they were written.

First, let’s address this judge. You might remember him from his stunning confirmation hearings in 2023. Joe Biden appointed Jamal Whitehead to be a US District Judge in Seattle because he’s liberal. Clips of Whitehead’s confirmation hearings went viral because he was incapable of answering basic questions about the Bill of Rights. But he’s a federal judge now!

In a new sign of the dystopian world we’re living in, YouTube has eliminated all the videos from Whitehead’s confirmation hearings. They’ve been nuked out of existence. You can’t find them.

The only proof I could find on the internet that Jamal Whitehead is now a federal judge was on C-SPAN. During the confirmation vote, former Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) didn’t even have a quorum present on the Senate floor. They smashed Whitehead’s nomination through without a quorum, so now he’s a federal judge.

See how the rules, regulations, and laws work? They can be suspended to benefit Democrats, but Donald Trump isn’t allowed to enforce black-letter laws like the Refugee Act of 1980.

Under the law, any president has the discretion to suspend refugee admissions into the US on the grounds of national security and recommendations from the State Department and the Department of Homeland Security. If he wants to reduce it to zero, the president can reduce it to zero. For some reason, the Biden regime was allowed to increase the refugee ceiling to INFINITY, even though the law doesn’t say that. But Trump’s not allowed to reverse it according to this communist judge.

So, what’s the solution to these garbage activist judges not allowing President Trump to carry out the agenda that we elected him for? I can’t tell you my solution because I don’t want to get another visit from the FBI.

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich came up with a suggestion that we can tell you about, however. Trump should just eliminate a bunch of federal judgeships.

These partisan judges have been a problem in the United States for centuries. Back in 1800, President John Adams’ Federalist Party got their butts kicked—badly—in the federal elections. They lost the White House, the House, and the Senate to Thomas Jefferson’s Democratic-Republicans.

In a hissy fit that will sound eerily familiar, the Federalists in Congress created 14 new federal circuit judgeships. The outgoing President Adams then appointed 14 partisan Federalist judges to fill those seats. Jefferson called them “midnight judges,” because their appointment happened at the very last minute before his party was to take office. The goal, obviously, was for the Federalist judges to thwart President Jefferson from carrying out the agenda that got his party elected.

Sounds eerily familiar, doesn’t it? We still have this problem to this day.

Jefferson eliminated those 14 federal circuit court judgeships, fired all the Federalists, and went home. This wasn’t the least bit controversial. Jefferson didn’t get impeached for it because it was perfectly legal.

Article III, Section 1 of the Constitution states:

“The judicial power of the United States shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.”

One Supreme Court. All the other courts are optional and can be eliminated.

Impeaching these rogue judges is impossible, because of the narrow Republican majority in Congress (and because Democrats are amoral criminals and will never vote to impeach one of their own). That’s why the House hasn’t even bothered to try to impeach any of these radical communist judges. It would be a waste of time.

Eliminating federal judgeships could work, however. That could be passed with a simple majority in the US Senate. That would get these radical judges out of the way so that President Trump can carry out the agenda we elected him for.
